Fill out the booking form below + email me a selfie of you holding your ID. This is to ensure that you actually are who you say you are, so please make sure your face, name, DOB, and expiration date are unobstructed. Feel free to cover up everything else if you like.
Send me an email with all the information requested below + one selfie of you holding your ID.
Please be aware that if you don’t send me every piece of information I ask for, you won’t get a response. I receive a lot of inquiries and focus my energy to those who provide everything requested the first time. Please do not forget to email me the requested pictures; I will not contact you to remind you, so if you don’t hear back from me, double check that you’ve sent everything I asked for. :)
